Mobile air-conditioning for Control Room

Delta-Temp provides rental solution to cool an overheated control room in plasterboard producer.
A leading manufacturer in the fields of drywall, plaster and insulation products needed during the hot summer days in July an additional cooling for the control center at one of its German locations.

Furthermore would have been needed six to eight portable air conditioners for the resulting heat load.

The Delta-Temp solution was to bring in the cool air from outside the buildung into the floor under the IT. The custumer prepared a 500mm connection in the wall of the buildung that can be closed by a blind cover when not used.

A chiller DT 50 was installed outside as coldwater-supply for an air handling unit AHU 50 with 5.500m³/h.
The cold air is brought in by 500 millimeter airducting; length 10 meters.
